Note on Malfunctions: A malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event of a game malfunction on 2phwin, the affected round will be voided and the wagered amount returned. No further compensation will be provided in respect of a voided round.

In no event shall 2phwin's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 2phwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 2phwin reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request the closure of your 2phwin account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, 2phwin will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds and close the account within a reasonable timeframe.
